1. Free Consultation
Get in touch by phone, email or our contact form. We will ask a few questions about your home, your ideas and your timeline, and book a convenient time to visit you in person.
4. Design and Material Selection
Once you are happy to move forward, we help you finalise units, worktops, tiles, taps, lighting and finishes. If you already have a designer or showroom plan in place, we work to those specifications precisely.
7. Snagging and Handover
When the room is finished we walk through it with you in detail, noting anything that needs final adjustment. Nothing is signed off until you are completely happy with the result.
2. Home Visit and Measure
We come to your home, measure the space accurately and talk through how you live in it. We will discuss layouts, materials, finishes and the practical side of the project, including timings and any structural considerations.
5. Project Schedule
Before we start on site we provide a written schedule so you know what is happening on each day, who will be in your home and when key milestones such as plumbing, electrics and tiling will take place.
8. Aftercare
Our workmanship guarantee gives you peace of mind long after we have left. If anything ever needs attention, you have one number to call and a team that knows your home
3. Detailed Written Quote
You receive a clear, itemised quote with no hidden extras. Everything is set out in plain English so you can see exactly what is included, from units and worktops to plumbing, electrics, tiling and making good.
6. Installation
Our team arrives on time, in uniform and ready to work. We protect floors and routes through your home, isolate the working area and clean down at the end of every day. You have one point of contact throughout.
